Dormer Loft Conversion & Garage Extension.

Here we removed an old and tired 2 bedroom loft conversion, and in its place added 4 Bedrooms, a dressing area, Family bathroom and master ensuite. The large, anthracite aluminium clad, rear dormer gave the back of the house full head height upstairs, and some clever configurations in the bedrooms meant the 3 front dormers gave ample head space as well.

We worked closely with a local bathroom supplier to deliver not one, but two, stunning bathrooms… worthy of being in a magazine.

We extended out over the garage to create more upstairs space and whilst doing so added an extra 1.5m to the garage for all your tinkering needs.
