On this project we removed an existing single storey extension and conservatory to make way for a new Kitchen and master suite, double extension. Access on this project was extremely tight so all materials had to be craned in, or transferred to smaller vans to bring up. We managed to recycle most of the hardcore thanks to a Tigerbite Mini Crusher, supplied by Mendip Mini Crushers.

We stripped the entire roof, re felt and cross battened, and added new Spanish Slates. All new lead work. All new fascia’s and soffits in black Cedral cement board… a great idea to prevent on going maintenance.

Finally, 80% of the building was rendered in Silicone EWI, a fully water proof but breathable system.. The final 20% will be done when we return to rebuild the porch.
